"I reached out to Stacy to learn if he could help me out of a difficult situation. My existing (now prior) State Farm account manage had done nothing for six weeks to assist with a complete breakdown in communication with the claims department. Without asking for me to switch firms, following a single conversation, Stacy called a claims manager every single day until, for nearly two weeks, until the issue was resolved. Even then he was humble, stating this sort of issue made all of State Farm look bad, and that he needed to set it straight. I switched from my prior agent to Stacy immediately. He represents the kind of State Farm agent my grandparents and my parents worked with for what is now three generations. As companies only get bigger, more complex, more automated and less human, I believe we need more people like Stacy to bring it home again."
